日頃より地元乗鞍高原の皆さまを始め、県内、県外、そして海外よりお越しの皆様に当館のサービスをご利用頂きまして誠に感謝しております。乗鞍高原ではここ最近降雪があり、乗鞍岳が真っ白になりました。

 

現在、世界中に蔓延しているコロナウィルス対応のため、当事者やそのご家族、関係者においては大変な状況だとご察し致します。私達が乗鞍高原で運営する事業、店舗について本日4月14日現在での今後の方針をまとめました。日々目に入る一般メディア情報での判断でありますのでこれが正しいかの賛否あるかと思いますが、ご理解頂ければ幸いです。

明日4月15日(水)より5月31日(土)までの期間、私達が乗鞍高原において行なっている下記の全ての事業の営業を停止致します。

・宿泊施設 (四季彩の宿やまぶき)

・スポーツ関係1店舗 (3BROS.)

・飲食関係1店舗 (Mountain Box Norikura)

今後の稼働業務と致しましては、電話又はメールでの上記期間以降のご利用・ご宿泊の予約の対応のみとなります。

数日前までは乗鞍高原へ足を運んで頂くお客様の為に、私達のサービスを続けていくことは乗鞍にとって必要な事ではないか考えておりました。ですが、刻々と変化する現在の状況を見ると、今は多くのお客様を呼び込むために胸を張って誘客やサービス提供できる状況ではないと判断を致しました。私達はそれぞれの仕事、家族、ライフスタイルにおいて多くの問題や不安が出ているのは世界皆共通の状況と認識した上で、世界中にいる仲間と共に乗り越えたい気持ちです。

 

そしてこの小さな地域での今後の影響を考えると私達にできる唯一の事は現段階で営業を制限することだと考えております。どうか皆様のご理解とご協力の程宜しくお願い申し上げます。1日でも早くコロナウィルスの感染拡大が収束し、また皆様に笑顔でお会いできる日を楽しみにしております。

This is the Notice of business suspension for the prevention of the spread of Covid-19. We want to sincerely thank you for using our Yamabuki Ryokan.In consideration for the health and wellness of our guests and staff, we wish to inform you that we have decided to temporarily close. This closure will be effective immediately including all accommodations, ski and snowboard tune and Sake bar service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
